Database Design

We can help you design a database that will store any information that your or your business may need.

The charge for this service is normally a flat rate. Unless problems appear or difficult needs have to be met, the going rate for an operational database is $200. Databases that are extremely simple, such as keeping a mailing list or data on friends and family, can be done for a much smaller price. Databases that are more complicated, such as customer records or inventory information, can be done for the standard $200. This service includes tables, queries, simple reports, and relationships. This DOES NOT INCLUDE complicated reports, any programming at all, and any data entry.

Data can be transfered from older databases to the new database. This can be difficult or simple, so the prices will vary greatly. Data entry (typing in records) is not and never will be included in any of our services.

Most of these databases will be written in Microsoft Access, IBM DB2, or Oracle. If you do not possess any database software, see the Database Programming section for the solution.
