Since Libbin Technologies has a wide range of tasks we can perform for you or your company, we offer a wide range of customer services.

For computer orders, we can help you design a system perfect for you for no charge. If you wish to return the computer we have built for you, you must contact us first. You will pay the return shipping, and there will be a 20% restocking fee. If we are at fault, we will gladly fix the problem free of charge.

For database/programming projects, we garauntee our products. We will continue to work with you or your company to remove any bugs that may exist. If you attempt to alter our code in ANY way, this garauntee is void and we will not repair the problem.

For web pages, we also garauntee our product. Typos, errors, and any other problem that may be discovered that we are at fault for, we will repair the problem. If our code has been altered, or if you want new things added or current information changed, this is considered an update. You will be charged for this service.

Advice is almost always free. If you would like advice on any of our services, we will provide this for free. Any advice dealing with the details of programming, tech support, or any general computer problems will be charged as a service. For example, What would you think is the best computer system for my business? is free advice. My computer is screwing up, what is wrong with it? is not free.
